That must have been exciting and strange and lonely all at once.<br />Interesting that the RD was OK with the change in course. It must happen a lot in trail races.<br />And I bet it was pretty cool to see all the wildlife on your trail. A skunk is not to be raced with . haha :)<br /><br />Hope the PF goes away for you. I got a great trigger point massage from an LMT, and i am convinced that is worth 80% of the healing.
